Hormel Cure81 Ham: Creamy Ham and Broccoli Gnocchi
SERVINGS: 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
1½ cups whipping cream
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 (16-ounce) package potato gnocchi
1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® CURE 81® Cubed Ham
2 cups chopped broccoli
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
In large ovenproof skillet, combine cream and mustard. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Add gnocchi, ham and broccoli. Cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle top with cheese. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
